We had a major plumbing issue. Michael worked diligently and called James out to help. They worked for hours, showed me the videos of the problems inside the pipes, they explained how to keep the problem from happening again and cleaned up the mess caused by the back up. They were wonderful. I highly recommend them to anyone. I will never call any other plumber! I just can’t say enough good things about these plumbers!!! My sister Marie was at the house with Michael, James and assistant. She is so thankful for their excellent work and professionalism.

Our issue was very bad and had been persistent for nearly 12 months with different companies and plumbers who wouldn’t return a call and other various problems etc. I called to discuss my issue with Hyden plumbing and he took my call, didnt rush me, listened and talked with me about solutions and an appointment the very next day. I was in a panic! It’s Christmas Eve and I noticed our outdoor spicket was leaking all over. I called James and he answered right away. I told him the situation and he said he could be here in a little over an hour. True to his word he showed up on time and thankfully it was just the spicket. He went to get the part and within minutes had it fixed. His professionalism, fast action and caring saved me so much money on our water bill and who knows what could have happened overnight as temps plummet again below freezing.
